Full grain leather refers to what has been honed, polished or smell (as opposed to top-grained leather or corrected) to eliminate errors or marks on the surface of leather. The grain remains in its natural state, allowing the best fiber strength and durability. Natural ventilation also has a great natural result of reduced moisture and prolonged contact, therefore, offers less chance that the leather be damaged by exposure to moisture. The furniture in the province of leather and shoes are full grain leather. For these reasons, only the best raw hides are used to create full-grain leather. A good way to check if the full grain leather is easy to scratch the surface one. If there is a clear line of color, is full of grain. Full grain leather is usually available in two types of finishes: semi-aniline and aniline.
